Position: Dy. Manager/Manager – Channel Sales (Safes and Vaults)

Reporting to: Regional Business Manager

Location: Delhi (Safes and Vaults)

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:  Graduate in any discipline, preferably engineers/ Post Graduation in Management is preferred

Years of experience:   4- 6 Years of relevant experience.               

Functional Skills:

  • Pre-sales of products
  • Technical support to Gunnebo India sales team and Channel Partners
  • Appointments and managing dealers
  • Market Coverage and business volumes
  • Good techno commercial experience in B2B and Channel Sales


Behavioral: 
Customer focus, relationship building and interpersonal skills
Good communicator with pleasing personality, self-motivated with passion to prove himself/ herself, should have an attitude of honoring commitments

Responsibilities: 

  • To drive PSD & ESS business through existing CSM, BDM and Channel Partners.
  • Responsible for total business of Territory (excluding Key Accounts)
  • Appoint new channel partners in unrepresented/ uncovered areas
  • Train & develop sales personnel of channel partners
  • Daily activity monitoring and reporting
  • Managing receivables from Channel partners and monitoring their working capital
  • Help Channel Partners in Secondary sales
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, on time delivery and quality service
  • Keep Channel Partners/ Dealers updated about new products and policies
  • Coverage of territory through extensive travelling
  • Planning, guiding & monitoring the activities of Channel Partners
  • Engage with partners for effective management of sales flow
